ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Hmmmm - interesting comment Clarence........ why stop at Morisset, lets add more of those types of places to it..... not nice.....

Whilst I am sure its meant in jest the fact is you would be surprised the amount of people who do travel from that area each week to support the mariners....

There were some suggestions earlier in the thread re how Mile will be replaced.  IMHO I don't believe we have anyone in the squad that can simply be a one-for-one swap with Mile, replicating the job he does (or did).

Best option appears to start with a 4-4-2 (unfortunately the loss of Mile probably means the end of lining up with 3 up front),

So who should be in the midfield?  I believe Brad Porter would be even more powerful on the right of the midfield; everyone is impressed with the job he does as a wing back, but his defence is not as solid as Clark's, and we know that with his speed and work ethic, he will go both back and forward as needed.  As for the others, it appears that Hutch, Caceres and Osman would start, with Gumps coming off the bench (although I would have Gumps replacing Osman on the start bench).

Looks like they are going to try boogs in the middle, he even scored a goal

. i had actually been thinking similar things. boogs and wilko don't seem to work in the centre of defence for some reason ... and boogs seems to be quite good on the ball - a perceived lack of speed will make it interesting

. hutcho would have been my tip though

. the 'left field' suggestion above of dylan was interesting ... but you need a clean tackler, this isn't dylan from what i have seen

Friendly or not, that's good to see!
Awesome to hear news of the other boys too! Feyenoord could look at where they came from if they were impressed.
