Hi guys. Quick question from a norwegian guy that has suddenly started to be interested in Australian soccer. What is your predicted line up for todays match against Sydney? I have seen you have a bad habit of picking up red cards lately so I just wondered how many of your best players are actually starting the match
And Sorry if i polluted this thread with my question. I didnt find a more traditional match thread.
Also, hang in there guys! From what i have seen you are actually not that bad as the table suggests. I think you have shown very good attacking play at times, but unfortunately it seems like you are lacking some quality defensively. And of course, it is hard to win matches with only 10 and 9 men on the field...
If you have your best team today, I think you will have good chances against Sydney. They are poor on away grass, they have a recent champions league game in their feet, and they do not score many goals. You have nothing to lose guys. Good luck from a Rosenborg fan in Norway

I can promise you that it won't be our best team running out today - unfortunately... Mitch Austin and Luis Garcia are both on reds after last week. With them gone we're probably back to lacking a bit of tooth in the front.
Storm Roux is also out for the rest of the season and there's some talk that Uskok might not be fit to play.
At a guess I'd say something like this:
Izzo (GK)
Poscoliero --- Uskok --- Josh Rose --- Micky Neill
--------- Montgomery ---------- Liam Rose ---------
-------------------------- Stella -------------------------
Ferreira ------------------------------------- Bingham
----------------------- o'Donovan ----------------------
Might end up with Trent Buhagiar in stead of Bingham, in favour of Bingham either starting in place of Stella or coming on later, not sure.... Also not sure about any role that Adam Berry or Brad MacDonald might play - someone else on here could probably inform.

Thanks for the reply and congrats with the one point. I must admit, this wasnt your best performance and you had extremly poor passing quality in the last third. Still, the refree took away a goal in first half, and Sydney got as deserved when they missed all their chances. This should be positive for the team before the next match. It was really fun to see the crowd and players' excitement on the last goal even though you have nothing(?) to play for

Oh we were horrendous... At this point i think this was the worst game I've been to at Central Coast Stadium. But to be fair I didn't think Sydney was much better.
Next year will be much better...
