Flores signs with Central Coast
Central Coast have boldly stated their ambition to become back-to-back titles by signing one of the competition's biggest stars, Marcos Flores.

Released from his $1 million, two-year marquee deal with Melbourne on Friday, Flores has wasted no time putting pen to paper for a one-year deal with the Gosford-based club and was confirmed as signing by mid-afternoon.

The Argentine is the biggest name to sign with the Mariners since the acquisition of Socceroos legend John Aloisi in the second year of the A-League, though his stint only lasted a few months.
