ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. black holes don't last forever , they break down via hawking radiation .
black holes store all the information they receive
if the hawking radiation is a form of carrier wave
then encoded in the wave is the entire information of the black hole
so any close by civilization would have it's record encoded in the radiation

if we store the record radiation .given time we could develop a cosmic rosetta stone
