I heard straight from the man himself today that it is all rumours. NO movement from Sainsbury!
Brilliant news if he wants to stay.
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Mariners say they'll keep marquee coach
"The thing about the Mariners is they've got a marquee coach and we give Australian youth the opportunity to shine," he said.
"Our squad for next year will be fantastic.
I'd keep it open until after Tuesday game against top opposition, not Wanderers ... ohNot a bad fee.
Lets see what he wants to do. Massive hole for us but I'm sure we will fill it. Somehow.

Unless of course Mike Charlesworth decides the club needs the money...I have to admit, I was left wondering a little, after reading a comment from Trent somewhere, saying something to the extend of how he has had one good season, that's far from a good career and so, he's still consulting with others about whether going is the best move... I paraphrased quite a bit there as I couldn't find the article right now. But it left me feeling like he was indicating that he intends to stay for another year in order to better establish himself before moving on. That perception gels fairly well with what you posted dpro, so suits me quite fine I figured that it was just the little hopeful child inside me that saw that in the article
I think Trent is ready... And we definitely want the money
But Bolton is the wrong team...bad football and they might move him to RB
He should stay as a CB
On Bernie...
He definitely needs another year, but with 1 year on his contract...the club won't actually try to persuade him to stay
And i would rather sell him tbh

I think the time for bernie to go is now. He had a sniff and it lifted him heaps. If he stays he will stall IMHO. He needs to go and keep his ambition burning to be the best he can be
I just have a different opinion regarding youthCan't agree at all.....regarding Bernie.
Ibini needs to be careful where he goes, don't want to do a Djite who was looking like a socceroos prospect but spent too long sitting on German benches
Just Wanted to ask now that aleague and group stage of acl are done ...what's the deal with the contracts of Matty mcbreen patty and sains ? Will they be playing in the champs games in a few weeks ?
Are their contracts finished now ?
Yes, but really Bruce was stupidly over hyped by some of the Oz pundits. Was just never that good really. Bernie has showed far more than Bruce ever did imo.
Bernie is still contracted for next year as wellContracts finish end of may. Sains contracted for next year.
Bernie & Maty off to Lille for 10 days & back for the round of 16
I think he would be great in a right back position, he has the speed to get around most opponents, work his way forward and then lay of the ball. his defensive skills look sharper than his finishing also
