Bloody well done Matty, good to see you get your first HAL goal and break that no goal curse. Bojic and Wilko saves our arses big time throughout the game. fantastic effort guys. Unlucky penalty to draw it level but as said previously, it's better than a loss.

It was an unnecessary and crap tackle. I wish I could take out my frustration on Breeze for paying it but it was the right decision.

Yeah right decision then - but what about the forearm check on Sasho in the first half and the handball by Adam Griffiths soon after Matty came on when the ball just went past the post

Utter devastation.

When Matty scored, my lounge room went off ... and then our hopes and dreams came crashing down.

Porter had a solid game, but his inexperience showed with that inexcusable error.

On the plus side, Bojic and Wilko were absolute class.

The radio coverage was just confusing.  All I heard was Elrich this and D'apuzzo that, I still had no idea what team had the ball!

Sounds like both teams blew some good chances at goal.  Also sounds like both teams got away with a lot, I'm guessing Breeze didn't want to pull out cards unless he really had to.

Congratulations Matty - here's hoping that this season he can prove all his nay-sayers wrong (myself included) and become what others obviously see in him. 

Watching the highlights now...

Porter was a bit unlucky - I think he got some touch on the ball (hard to tell from the replay).  He may have gotten away with it in another game (assuming he did get that touch), but I don't think that slight touch is enough to consider it 'fair'.  So no complaints from me.  Lack of concentration there - it was only JUST too late though .
