to win the game normal time, mariners $5, roar - who gives a shit.
mariners a-league grand final winners $3.50
multi- $17.50

17.50 x 50 = a good time a CCLC ($875)

Pity you can't put those two bets in a multi though...

Grand final field currently getting torn up by rapists and thugs.

Hope they can get all the field markings off before Sunday otherwise the GF will look an embarressment.

Wally Lewis just gave the A-League GF a plug.

Turf is getting smashed. The grass looks very loose underfoot in places and is tearing away very easily. Suncorp curators will have their work cut out.

There`s no way that field will be pristine for the grand final, even with all the shit thats on it now.

The markings will just get sprayed over & the ground will be a joke!!!

There is that much sand on it,but it may just play into our hands.
TBH though I don`t care if we play them in the carpark ,WE WILL WIN!

BTW a chant about Ange going to Melbourne would go down a treat.Any ideas?

PS. Just a reminder if anyone needs a lift to Sydney on Sunday morning. We`re leaving Wamberal around 4am with 3 spare seats in the car.

I notice all the players have their heads down in this shot id say the are practising their poses for when they get beat tomorrow :) looks as though Ange has just told the boys of his decision to leave the club and pointing in the direction of Melbounre

.Ange Postecoglou to extend Brisbane reign as FFA blocks Victory bid for Roar coach From: The Courier-Mail March 12, 2011 12:01AM 4

THE FFA will quash Melbourne Victory's attempts to poach Ange Postecoglou by signing the all-conquering Roar coach to a long-term deal that will keep him in Brisbane next season and beyond.
Speculation was rife yesterday that the Victory were about to sack foundation coach Ernie Merrick and offer Melbourne-raised Postecoglou a lucrative four-year deal despite the former Young Socceroos boss being contracted to the Roar until March next year.

But in great news for the Roar ahead of the biggest occasion in the club's history tomorrow's A-League grand final against Central Coast Mariners at a packed Suncorp Stadium the FFA will secure Postecoglou's Roar future when they take over the running of the cash-strapped club next week.

"After the grand final we will sit down with Ange to ensure his long-term future is with Brisbane Roar," an FFA spokesman said last night.

Thats one way to stop the talk, but it's not going to reassure your players any. The fact that he has not already been signed will not be lost on your squad.

Once he goes (face facts reggy, he is gone son) there will be a major walk out of the players off contract and looking for time overseas. Funny how you can be "the best team in Australia" but you can't reproduce the stability seen at a club like the mariners.

Enjoy oblivion Reggy!

Central Coast Mariners midfielder Patricio Perez has been ruled out of the Hyundai A-League grand final, failing to recover from a hamstring injury.

More to come...

Go Musty indeed. Big shoes to fill, but he can do it.

A couple more Musty goals like this would be nice:
