On the basis of picking people who are in any sort of form and witha view to making the side's play as unpredictable as possible I'd pick:

Simon and McBreen together make for a predictable, somewhat pedestrian pairing at the moment. Given McBreen looks lazy but is scoring and Simon looks frustrated and isn't, McBreen gets the nod. Hutch stays in because he'll maintain possession well and free the wider players to play higher up and hold NQ's fullbacks back. The three attacking midfielders should be as fluid as possible and change shape as needed to pull NQ's defensive structure out of shape.
