ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Yeah and there's that whole bit... Again.. Where the bigger issue isn't so much the fact that they negotiated but rather that he had specifically been asked to hold off... I think, the fact that the club was gracious enough to let him go makes it all the more disappointing that Pedj just ignored the request, all he had to do was wait a week or so...

Aaah...but Pedj does not like being told what to do. It will be interesting to see if Crankie Frankie has the patience to sit on him all game as Arnie used to.

So a player who needed help from those around him (including one of the most talented pacey CB's in the country) and prioritises business over football is going to a club like Sydney?

Oh dear. Emerton and Bojic on the same side and Tiago covering his forward runs?

Can we play them every week please?

Oh Well. Moving on.

Pedj, I can't say I wish you well with who you've signed for. Nor miss your crossing. But I will say thanks for your years of being a dedicated Mariner.

GA's right, I largely blame bloody agents and as per Yellowcake - same old same old form the parasites down the road. It really did hurt us. He's played some shokers,
bit that truly was his worst in a yellow shirt for mine. Had me baffled. Till this news...

TWG reporting that Maty has signed for 4 years with Club Brugge, pending fitness test

Very good choice Matty! One of Europe's most beautiful small cities. Close to everywhere (except to Australia). No language issues - can choose between French, Dutch and English - all spoken fluently by the locals.

Will miss singing "He dives to the left, he dives to the right...." next year.

See you in the green & gold soon.

Bit of Aussie history there too - Farina and Okon both played there before going to Italy.

I like the fact that Club Brugge came back to get Mat Ryan when it looked as if he was going elsewhere - means they genuinely rate him.
They may well speak good englisg

Sad to see Matty go but if Arnie has made him a "millionaire" then that makes it a bit easier to take & I sincerely wish him well.
It`ll good to see what JC comes up with next.
As for Pedj I`d hate to say "I told you so".
I think in reality Arnie just invoked the "No Dickhead policy"

We used to eat faggots when I was a kid...
A sort of rissole/ burger made from primarily from meat offcuts.

Lol.
Are you from Darlinghurst.?
I have teenage kids and the word is thrown around very loosely so I've probably picked it up when I shouldn't.
Sorry to be so un PC.
I will try and be less of a yobbo in the future.

I think the most common usage is the most derogatory :)
Born in England - we were so poor we lived in a shoe box in middle of t'road - and ate faggots and scrag end of mutton.
