ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Yeah, what is the go with these clowns? We know that FFA has and always will bend the rules to makes these muppets a success BUT how can they fit Culina, Emerton, Carle and Sackwacker under the salary cap????

Are they trying to do a Melb Storm???

Culina - Hadn't played for 18 months so would be on nothing.
Emerton - Aus marquee
Carle - Wages paid in full by Middle East club
Sackwhacker - They released Petratos mid season so that + remaining cap + small wage this season with pay rise starting next season.

I hate Sydney as much as Jets but they're being quite resourceful with this.

I agree - it's not like we've never mucked around within the available rules (*cough* Aloisi) to get a favourable outcome.

Caravella just announced as signed with Jets.
Wheelhouse - god no!
Fitzy maybe early release.
Wilko or Simon - would be great.
I suspect Fitzy & Bratten
Could be youth signings for ACL

Caravella and Wheelhouse can take a walk. Wilko we could do with *next* season, Fitzgerald or Simon would be very welcome. I suspect it's Fitzgerald as Mulvey has announced they've picked up Steven Lustica.

Mariners come out with media release on signings, hopes go up, & then reality sets in.

Really though I'm glad we got Morton for 2yrs. Anyone got some info on Neill? Whats he been like, strengths?
