What about the boos ..... ? A gut reaction from disappointed fans ... totally understandable imo.

Not really, I thought the crowd were booing the ref and his decisions.
Is there a way of fining out who is reffing a match in advance?

Positives:

Redders was immense - we need have no worries if Danny goes

Porter - berst game for CCM IMHO

Nik - Worked his arse off, cant ask for more - got no service.

Final positive? Maybe the recycling of players who have failed before will now stop and we will see some major changes with next season in mind

+1
Keeper did well.
Porter excelled in attack as well as defence. He gave a masterclass in jockeying in the first half. ( Itmay have been against Caceres?) Particularly good effort given that he went down injured in the training warm up.
Mrdja did reasonably well, but kept slipping over (boot selection problem ?)
Speaking of recycled players, where was Kwasimodo last night? He might have trouble hitting the side of a barn , but he is always willing to have a shot. Last night we had some chances to shoot on a break but  opted to wait for support or a better angle and the result was a breakdown in momentum and no shot as the defence rallied.

As for a shake up next year, I hope it isnt restricted to players.

- more worringly was the poor form of both nick travis and michael mcglinchey.... travis seemed to make poor decisions and poor touches on the ball and wee mac was anonomous for most of the game and when he had his moment to shine he missed an easy chance on goal...

I agree but what does it say about the rest of the team's ability when it relies so heavily on the performance on two new players for success?

One good thing to come out of the mess was game time for Nick P and Lewis

The bloke that instigated the whole thing with Hutcho is a f**kin' TOOL. End of! As I have stated in the past I don't sit with the main bulk of you guys I prefer to sit quietly and stress my myself sick to the point where my head hurts and my guts are sore but hey that's just me. Had a run in with said TOOL upon leaving the ground, my advice to you guy's the quicker you distance yourself from this bloke the better.

Was directed at the refs. stopped after they were off and the number of fans that stayed around to clap the boys off was good

Positives for me were Lewis getting half hour and Pani getting 20 minutes and the talk Pani brought to the pitch when he came on.

Arab are you saying that Porter had a bad game? He was solid, don't know that if I would say his best game but he was solid

Our next 3 fixtures, including last night, are against the 3 teams below us. On current form guess where we will be on the ladder in a couple of weeks?

He wasn't bad by the standard set by the rest of them but I certainly didn't think he did anything to rave about.

I thought his reading of the play in an attacking sense was pretty poor.A number of times when a break down the right was on he was too late or absent altogether.

But he was no worse than the rest......probably better than most actually  :-\

How about hutch getting all fired up at the fans that abused him. He wanted to punch on!
Hutch was a total tool as it was not directed at him it was the whole team effort or lack of. I was at the back of the bay when it was started and not by me but i totaly agreed with what went on because we pay good money and all we get is sh** performances. There needs to be whole sale changes starting at the top. On a brighter note the best game i have seen porter play in a very long time keep it up.

We need a leader on the pitch - there was no one trying to lift their heads after we went 1 down.

Glad to see the back of 2009.

Our HAL record (including the finals against QLD last season)?

P  26
W 6
D  6
L  14
F  29
A  32

Pts = 24

Enough said
that is dreadful, LM can only hide behind previous glories for so long - that figure doesnt include our failed ACL campaign either i take it.

Can confirm, boos on the west were mainly for the refs.  Fans stayed to clap the players off.
