ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Last season the club increased it's membership despite coming off a poor season in V2.
It'll be interesting to see what they can do now after a successful season.....despite the price rise.
Personally I have yet to speak to anyone who had membership and is not renewing.

GB, no price rises in 4 years and then you complain when there IS one? C'mon man. Who is going to  swallow the increases that they have had to endure over that period (rent, wages, stadium fees, general outgoings etc)?

The issue of student prices doesnt seem to be split to me. Most people are upset about it. The few who are debating it dont really care cause there not students. The atmosphere of the Marinators is made up of the people who sit there and that is mostly good, poor people. Thats why 4 years ago we choose to sit in bay 16. A gradual increase on all tickets would have been acceptable because it is somewhere people want to be. It just seems like no thought has been put into this at all. Smells like we hired someone from the Jets management to do this for us. *email sent to the ccm* too by the way.

Does anyone have the prices from seasons 1-3? It seems like we have just had a few seasons worth of price jumps in one hit rather than gradually across those seasons.

I was looking the other day at other clubs members offers. I think that we are one of the cheapest, but was not wholey paying too much attention.

2,500 members presumably doesnt equal 2,500 memberships?

Mariners Hit 3,000 Mark

September 19 2007

Central Coast Mariners early season success on the field has been duplicated off it with Mariners membership numbers passing the 3,000 mark.
Having registered 600 members in season one and 1,800 in season two, the Mariners landmark achievement in 2007/08 shows the staggering growth the club has enjoyed since their inaugural fixture in May 2005.

leaving aside whether the increases are a good idea or not, i would have thought that the 26% increase in crowds from season 1 to 2, then 30% season 2 to 3 would pretty much cover that. :p

those numbers are off.

$190 / 11 ≠ $19.55

using the numbers from the gloryboys article, and adding the QR number from their website, we get:

NUJ 190 10 19
ADE 192 11 17.45454545
