I was disappointed we didn't make a play for Gamerio when he moved last time. If he made it through the season injury free and that's a big if he would have had a full season under his belt. There is undeniable talent in him.
Clisby is another Melling signing. Hard worker but not going to set the league on fire.
I'm not sure with Simon. It's a feel good signing but I'm scared of what his signing means for our play. He hasn't played much football in the last few years

Clisby is better than J Rose Rowles and Roux. Good signing for our budget and actual Left sided players hard to get.
Also was good under Popa so can handle authority

Agreed. They are also stronger characters i think who will buy into what the club is trying to do. As well as recruiting better players than those that have left we must get the balance of the squad right.....it hasn't been right for years. 2 players in every position that are A league standard (or can quickly develop into that) is what is needed.

I think you'll find SFC and MVC load up their salary cap on their first 11 then find squadies to suit a role that come with a base salary. GA said as much earlier this season.
