    ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

    If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

    ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Tigers were hungrier tbh, they won the physical contest and our boys had too little cohesion between the lines to break them down.

The boys did create a few opportunities but in truth the Tigers’ keeper didn’t have to work overly hard across the 90 minutes.

Only Ruiz Diaz looked good on the ball (when he could get it) #10 looked half okay in parts. Miller was okay not great. The kid replacing Glassock, I think it was Vinci, was very average.
Munford made a couple very good saves and was strong when coming for crosses etc. nothing he could with swadlings goal.
You can't be serious :vhappy::vhappy::vhappy:
Last week’s academy side: Munford (GK), Vinci, Glassock (c), Miller, Hatch, Belkadi, Johnson, Jevtic, Taouil, Smylie, Katsoulis
This week's academy side: The lineup: Munford (GK), Hatch, Miller, Vinci (c), Faust, Johnson, Belkadi, Ruiz-Diaz, Smylie, Taouil, Katsoulis
Two quality players missing! Go figure..

Interesting if true, as I had heard that Gauci was told he was being released due to the Club not being able to afford scholarships this year.

To be honest, Gauci was one of the most pointless signings we’ve ever had. And there was big contenders for that gong this season.
Did he even feature in NYL or any NPL games?

Played a small handful of NYL/NPL games and was not very good at all

Also if we legitimately can't even afford scholarships, we are pretty much stuffed. Sounds like are spending to the floor, and most likely using accounting tricks to get there.

What are the chances we will see a positive signing tomorrow, being the day before the big fan forum. I can see things getting a little heated if nothing is announced before then.

Itll be heated regardless. It would take MC announcing he's sold out to arab/russian oil money and they announce iniesta/messi/someone ridiculous for it to not get heated.
