Gary Hooper, ex Sheffield Wednesday is still available. The others I thought would be out of our price range.
Wilfried Bony was one. No club but would cost.

You’re probably right. I would have gone for a more low key approach and just sprung the news rather than inviting disappointment.

Yes Hooper left Sheffield Wednesday in May. There were a couple of championship clubs looking at him.
Not sure if he's training with someone.
Bony is training with Newport County.
