Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. Trying to build intrigue around it seems pretty silly to be totally honest. Basically just signed an NYL player. I won’t be too critical as I’ve never seen him play, he could be a decent prospect going forward, but it’s obviously so far from what we need right now and is literally just further proving how little money Staj has been given.
But in saying that if this boy is anything like Sammy and Stens I think I’ll be okay with it.

He was a free agent, if you’re a free agent before the window ends you can be signed at any time until the free agency window ends which is months away.
So unless Staj wants him registered before Thursday for Saturday’s squad there’s really no urgency needed... butif he’s been training for weeks why not just announce it this afternoon after the session?
