I had heard that there was a player departing but wasn’t sure how definite it was, so didn’t want to speculate unnecessarily. I have to say that I didn’t expect it to be Ingham though.

That seems bizarre if that is the case. He’s got as good a chance at starting here as he’s likely to get anywhere as long as he performs with the chances he gets.

Was literally just a post on 442, so not sure of reliability.

I think he played a bit in qld, so it might be a return home kind of thing. Also could be nonsense.

I’d say that Ingham crap is complete nonsense.
That’s what my gut says too. If you’re being convinced to sign by Mulvey mid season with the results we had last year you’ve got to be happy with the changes since. it’s not like we’ve gone backwards.

I mean, if it’s gonna happen it’ll happen to us. But being with us right now can potentially boost inghams career massively IF he consistently performs well and the team gets back on track. Massive if I know, but the gears are slowly in motion.

Very excited for tonight, I’m expecting a win and hoping for a comfortable one. Mostly keen to see what formation Staj goes with first up. The new squad numbers were pretty interesting for a purist like myself. Murray now 9 which I like. Moric has been given 18 which is very interesting if you read between the lines.

At least we seem to be recruiting where the weaknesses were tonight - Korean holding mid, visa striker and goalkeeper.

Still light on in the centre back area that will be go into serious worry mode if we lose GG and/or Tongyik for an extended period of time.

Just re-watched wee macs 2nd goal.
DDS’s no look perfectly weighted reverse ball into the path of a full tilt Silvera to first time low cross was brilliant. Those 2 already on that kind of wave length is so exciting. Silvera has huge potential and i am firmly in his corner. Kekeris who?!......

Along with the visa striker, getting the Seoul bro’s and birraz done, we 100% need a 4th CB. Ziggy did look good there though.. I’m happy for a youth boy to be RB back up.

Ingham has already gone - he left at the start of the week. He signed a pre-contract agreement with Mulvey in January and apparently does not like Stajic.
Same goes for one of the Koreans. He said that he didn't think he could reach the fitness levels needed but also wasn't a huge fan of the coach.

Both the Koreans were.

I hope the rumour about the Korean is false.

Silvera was superb tonight.

Hope it is the outside Korean midfielder not the holding one that wants to go.

Recruit an Aussie midfielder and go bigger on a visa centre back.

What the actual f**k... How have we lost Ingham already.

Agree with Mick in that one if the Koreans was clearly better, here is hoping its not that one..

Maybe Ingham got sold on being at terrigal in time for lunch :p

Losing one of the Koreans would be a shame, although it’s pretty weird to say they don’t think they could get to the fitness required, the K league is notorious for what they demand from players.
