How are you guys going with the "heart NY" style design?

If you need any help, I'm a graphic designer/illustrator in work hours and can produce files to the shirt printer's specs.  Sometimes this makes it a little cheaper.
Also, will look for a font match.

I believe you actually did some work for my company, Continental Conveyor.

I'm not too sure how the shirts are coming along as I've not been active in the facebook discussion, though hopefully Timp should be able to shed some light on the progress.

It was decided that the shirts would be of neutral colour because there has been interest expressed from supports of the other HAL teams, whom would not like to be wearing a mariners or yellow shirt at their game.

IMHO people wouldnt wear them to their respective home games. The amount of people wearing them around wouldnt be enough to make an impact.
Im sure Joe Bloggs would be loved by his mates when he turns up to the Cove wearing an I Love Danny shirt on. So why White?! use Yellow and suggest it to the people who want neutral colour as representing the Olyroos jersey colour that Danny has been robbed of.

I suggest go Yellow as that way it contributes to the yellow of the bay. There are already too many additive colours to our bay. We want the whole Bay yellow as possible.

@ Perm - Good point, however I'm not the one organising them. Maybe a poll would be best once we get a design finalised.

Okay guys, we've started an ebay store for the t-shirts and we need to sell 25 in order to get them into production and then we'll list more...At this stage the design is not the 'i heart danny' design, but a different one...I think we might be able to be flexible on the design, but I have to clarify that with the others before we say that for sure. Either way, if we all get behind the t-shirts then we will be showing support. the cost is $25. the link is:

They mentioned on the save danny thread that star fm has been plugging there efforts via radio so they put them on the shirts.

its completey up to you guys...its just a way of showing support is all...
the starfm logo is not 100% in stone yet, its just an idea as they have been helping us so we're trying to get the shirts sponsored by them...the final design is also not 100% agreed upon yet...it is likely the starfm logo will be smaller...and there will be 3 different colours that you can get...GREEN, YELLOW and BLUE...oh and the VUKOVIC "20" will be on the back!!

Also if you have a sponsor what will the money be going to?
Cheaper production of shirts thus lowering how much they will cost?

Usually a sponsor for these sorts of things is needed to be able to pay for the shirts (or whatever) up front. You can't buy this stuff on credit and say we will pay you when we sell this lot...
If you have a problem with that you can offer to pay the bill yourself and get the money back when (if) the shirts sell.

There is a difference in this case adz, they have said they were putting it on because star was mentioning it and it is a goodwill gesture, so nothing to do with money....apparently
