ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I actually think it looked better with the NY directly under the heart and the DAN slightly smaller. I would definetly wear a shirt with that logo :) and I think I know a few others who would too. I have to say I'm not keen on the other designs.

Yeah, I think it takes away from the play on the original logo.
Font is right.. but really need to keep the NY and stick on the DAN part, I like the tackiness and humour of it that way.

It's all kinda lost with a straight up I <3 DANNY

Hi Guys, I Was kinda wondering if anyone wanted to play street football/futsal? I have a random schedule so i dont have the predictability to be in a official team, but i love to play (beach/street/indoor) small sided games. It Does'nt have to be a competition (with the pressure/animosity that comes with that), just a couple of guys getting together and having a game every now and then. Let me know if anyone is interested

Any ideas on a venue?
We could organise games before home games in the park or somewhere, a few mates and I usually do anyhow and it's good fun, couple of beers in the sun with a ball.

No real ideas? just dont want the only football i play to be on the xbox. I live in wyong shire but i would'nt mind having it in a more centralised area of the coast.

I Like That idea too, before home games. Also would'nt mind afternoon weekdays? just whenever is an ideal time.

Yeah, I get most of my football in PES and FIFA LOL.
I too am in Wyong Shire, but somewhere in Gosford wouldn't be too bad.

We could try to organise a match day BBQ either before Kendell Bar or alternatively in the park and just have a casual kick-around, whether small side games or just passing the ball around would be a bit of fun and a good way to get to know each other.

yeah.. im pretty much getting my football fix from playstation.. depressing innit! yeah match day bbqs aint a bad idea! weekday evenings seem cool too, problem is tho i work in the city so logistically could be a bit of an issue, but id work around it :p

Saturday mornings/afternoons maybe? It might be a good way to start off the weekend. Only Problem with that is working around kids sports. but for small sided games we wouldnt need a an entire field or even a field at all (basketball courts/indoors/Beach).

Sounds pretty good to me.
Home games, kicking off at 5-7pm could have Marinators BBQs in the park before hand - say midday-1pm with a kick and a couple of drinks before heading over to Kendall Bar an hour or two before kickoff for some singing.

I usually do this with a few friends and have often has opposition fans come play us or what-not, it's good fun and it's nice to get a bit of a touch on the ball and build excitement for the 90 minutes ahead.

just with the T-shirts. Would the T-Shirts be able to be sold at BT or will we have to find some1else to get some?

Shirts would probably be sold pre-game in the Kendell Bar and orders could probably be arrange here on the forums.

It was decided that the shirts would be of neutral colour because there has been interest expressed from supports of the other HAL teams, whom would not like to be wearing a mariners or yellow shirt at their game.

A big VUKOVIC and number on the back of them could be cool, it would make it more obvious what the shirts were for aswell.
