Danny will be a goal scoring keeper one day. because he likes going up for the final set piece of a game if we are even or losing

Trott will be ok with more experience and confidence. His shot stopping is pretty good in general, just gotta be able to command the area more. But we've been through this hundreds of times

Trott will be ok with more experience and confidence. His shot stopping is pretty good in general, just gotta be able to command the area more. But we've been through this hundreds of times

if we havent already done it, we should loan Trott out to lightning this winter in order to get him some actual practice in between the posts before V4

I agree that Lawrie will give Trott the main keeping position with Redmayne as back up. I don't see any point in getting a marquee keeper as some have been suggesting. Besides this will probably be the opportunity Trott will need to prove himself as a good quality keeper in the a-league, which if he does i wouldn't be too surprised to see him get bought out by someone like Adelaide the following season who could actually use a decent keeper (assuming they havn't got one by then). So yeah give Trotty a go and if he dosn't stand up then lets see what Redmayne can do. Just hope neither of them get injured  :
