ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

It'd depend on a range of factors - whether you're going for retractable or fixed, whether you'd have to change anything about the pitch, whether there would be structural works required to the existing stands or whether it would be engineered as an independent structure.

Based on my calculations and incorporating assumptions for each of these factors, I arrive at the sum of eleventy billion dollars and fifty three cents.

Hmmm sounds about eleventy billion dollars more than the Mariners can afford

Maybe more Saturday 7:30 games

. this was brought up at the last forum ... and they have tried to get as many as they can - the club realises this is their best chance of consistently decent crowds

. but ultimately fox rules ... there will be one game in that slot per week - and we are not the only club trying to get it. with only five games per week, this isn't going to change anytime soon

. comments from the ffa were that they had to try and accommodate all interested parties (which included sbs) ... it is obviously quite the juggling act to try and please most of the parties most of the time

. having said that, fox obviously holds the most sway considering they have chucked in the most money over the last 8 years

SBS, especially after how big the ratings were for the delayed Socceroos matches, are sure to be building their sway. If the Man U and Liverpool matches are as big ratings as Seven are expecting them to be, SBS will be sitting on a potential gold mine with free to air A-League.

Was there much said on the Mariners Financial Situation at the forum?

. remember that the first forum was primarily about the a-league. obviously the cap being paid was discussed as was restarting construction at the coe ... apparently the finances have been restructured (along with the ownership) to allow this

. if you wish to know more come along to the next forum which is to be focused on the mariners ... ask a question and try to get the answer you seek

Just like the Russians.
