ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Along with a few thousand others I left at halftime. The Japanese team were too classy and well drilled. The Mariners were crap. Their paper thin defence was a disgrace. On this form they should forfeit the next game, sack their captain and the nonexistant defence and give Danny Vukovic a pay rise, it could have been worse if not for Danny.

I assume he is talking about the same Danny Vukovic that conceded what, 3, maybe 4 goals at near post, the 1 place keepers are not supposed to concede

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing..

me thinks maybe we should have let the Japanese invade Australia back in WW2...
Sacko said:I haven't re-watched the goals yet as some of us have jobs to go to!
The 1st was defo Danny's fault, 2nd was Huke on the post, 3rd was a deflection so a bit unlucky, 4th may have been near post but from what I recall it was a decent strike and the 5th was an utter balls up between Boogs and Danny.
So I suppose if the 4th was near post your right, but I seem to recall the bloke hitting it from pretty much the centre of the box, if that is the case imo 3 is harsh....
BTW - I bet the players were pleased that there wasn't a post match function last night!!!!

*Obviously* you're in Tamworth. How could I have thought otherwise, given your forum profile info has you in Kariong? Shame on me.

tbf, he did say in previous posts that he was in tamworth because of work or something
it still doesn't hide the fact that he is totally clueless in his football analysis on this forum

It's utterly disgusting what the Marinators have become
lol at you for assuming just because it was in bay 16 that a marinator ripped the flare. its utterly disgusting the stereotypes that people come up with
exactly, everyone knows it was the green and gold army supporter in the bay that was to blame
