Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Bit off topic but Im going to be honest. What i want in the team is a charismatic black African

A Charismatic black guy that can score a goal or two then do some sweet native African dance to celebrate would make me keen again. Sick of the boring players from the UK bring on some flair..... just a little bit !

Hukes out? spewing, was looking forward to him in midfield from the start.

Fark, the curse strikes again! Yet another Mariners player knocked out for the start of the season by a knee injury. Please tell me he wasn't playing table tennis?

Get well soon...

agreed, who cares how many goals matty scores... what he really needs to work on is his celebrations.

But a black African would be too quick for the rest of the team to celebrate with him........ ;)

lol oh f**k yer !

Got the idea after wathcing a bit of thugby the other day, wendall sailer scored a try did the moon walk, grabbed his crouch and the crowd went wild for it.
I understand most of you guys are prett conservative but i like a bit of extra entertainment from the players.

Forgive us, Reverend Oracle of What The People Demand, for our misguided demand that players be signed based on their footballing ability rather than their dancing ability.

I'm a totally shit footballer but on the rare (v rare) occasions that I scored, my celebrations were awesome.

Be careful what you wish for

Ha, ha, ha....
Where's Ursus to chime in with the old: "In my day players who scored a goal would humbly smile at the crowd and then rush back to take up their position for the kickoff"?

Actually the old way gives you more time to get another goal, so it would be a novel idea for some players to adopt the old way of doing things just once in a while.

This guy was being chased by Sir Alex at 17yrs. Has had some bad luck. Would be in the MLS with Toronto except for "red tape"

Sounds interesting.
Young talent that lost his way, looking for a way back...
I'd say its an underdog Mariners match made in heaven...
If he looks like he could potentially put 6 or more a season in the net, he'd be worth adding to our strikers. I'm beginning to get a little excited!

Didn't play monday.
July 8th was the article...
So pretty sure we haven't seen him already?
I hadn't heard anything maybe Mariner Mick has?
Dubbo?
