ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Central Coast Mariners squad - 2010/2011 HAL season

Ah night games at Aldershot in the old 4th division. Only got 1 end at the ground (sound familiar) with a big fence right down the middle to keep the fans apart.

All of us went there if our teams were away (we couldnt afford to go away). Little groups of each major London team dotted around the home half of the end. I went to high school in Guildford so Aldershot was the nearest professional club.

Reading, Swindon and either of the Bristol sides were quite eventful lol

I know that this is off topic and a bit early but I didn't want to open a new thread just for this.

When is the draw for 2010/2011 likely to come out?

About April probably.

Love the way we fans know absolutely nothing about the game or the Mariners; all the posts here speculate on who might go and none of us would have picked Boogard, Heffernan, Dappuzzo (well, maybe) or Redmayne
Just like none of us would have picked Travis, McGlinchey, Doig or Crowell to join us.
Shows you don't need a new broom to make the changes, just let natural forces do their work and hey presto we have a completely new squad! Who's next?  :eek:verhead:

Used to live around the corner, went to the reformed Aldershot Town games on a regular basis.

Mitchells comments about McBreen.

"He played his first full game for us and I thought he was magnificent. He held the ball up and he doesn't know the players that well and for him to score the winner was fantastic, I'm really happy for him," Mitchell said.

Ooooooooooooooooooh the irony

No - but maybe move the coach into management and hire a new one. I was talking to some people yesterday and they were adamant that Lawrie's going upstairs and that Kossie's gonna be the new coach. Probably a completely unfounded rumour but what alse are internet forums for.

In regards to Leckie I'll reserve judgement until his 2nd and 3rd year.

If Lawrie is going upstairs to be Manager of Football Operations - then I would certainly want someone better than Kosmina to be first team manager. Unless of course - there is another 'technical director / COE Head' role over the top of him. That sort of structure though seems overly cumbersome.

i reckon you're right but i think it will be more likely arnoldout to takeover considering he was about to coach us at the start of the season

I personally think Lawrie has taken the shit he has been served up with this season with great grace and shouldnt be sacked as a scapegoat.

If they did though, would rather Kossie any day than Arnoldout.
