this ain't some sort of polyanna game here - people will be critical, sometimes harshly. what's more, with the internet being what it is, chances are those of us making comments dont know shit. if players are reading this site and expecting rational and objective opinions based on a solid foundation of football knowledge and education, theyre going to be disappointed. if ossies after feedback, the gaffers his man.

Because at the moment, I can only see us beating Perth and Wellington (and we couldn't even do that), and possibly QLD on a bad day for them.

That is the biggest load of crap i have heard on this forum! FFS the season is 5 games old and we have played less long ball and a better passing game than at any other time, without a good AM.
We can beat any other team going around as some parts of our games have shown, we are just not playing the full 90mins.

You must be somewhat visually impaired if you think we're playing a good passing game at the moment..... and to try and excuse our performances thus far with "we're not playing the full 90 minutes"??  As Mitchell said to me tonight, "two f*ck ups after the 90th minute and here we are 4 points down".  We need tactics/mental whatever to stand up and say "you know what, the game might be 90 minutes long in theory, but sometimes the clock says that a goal was scored at 90+4 - hows about we don't let that happen", yknow??

it is not your piss around at the back and execute twenty straight passes like newcastle do, but it is a direct passing adapted from modern football, the english game and pioneered when scholari took an ineffectual brazilian passing game to world champions

it is funny that melbourne are held as the entertainers and the team to beat yet they only have one more completed pass than us this season and their passing efficiency is lower

our attack is not the problem as we have the third highest goals for in the competition - it is the defence that is letting in cheap goals and this hardly about how we pass the ball

Watch Wilko when things are not going to plan.His head goes down,he shakes his head and wanders around looking at his feet when he should be revving them up.I first noticed it last year during that run of bad results while Danny was out.At one point in the 5-2 defeat to the tards I noticed Aloi$i telling him to lift his head.Aloi$i was the real captain last season and at the moment Bozza's doing it.

Wilkos form has nothing to do with it....good or bad form the captain has to stand up and rev them up when things are not going well.

I thought i was sticking up for him saying while Wilko isn't a great captian therer's no one else. if he talked on the field and not look at his feet then mabye then he will be a great captian. but i don't think he needs the arm band taken off hes our only captian at all.

I have also notice him put his head down but that is only because of his fitness and Bozza is only doing his goalkeeping duties telling his defenders not to show the oposition teams their weakness last saturday when thompson saw that he dint give up because he could see that he may have chance of scoring but yes their is no way Boza would want to be captain as he will keep shouting at his players anyway but does not want the added resposability.
