ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Coach's boy Bomber sounds way better than Papas.
Oh he is no doubt. I have had a little to do with him and it's all very simple.. 1.be the fittest team by far. 2. Be enthusiastic in every minute of every game. 3. 50% of goals come from set pieces - be the best at scoring and DEFENDING from them. 4. Each player protects his own position with determination jealously guarding what you have. 5.competition for positions is imperative 6. Is simple do what you are told.
I have asked if he has applied

If Mulvey isnt in the mix then I would probably prefer a solid OS coach despite my previous reluctance. Dont expect any decent signings before January at the earliest so whoever comes in wont be bringing in any players before then. An overseas coach could well add to the quality of the squad with foreign spots becoming available in the transfer period or 17/18. Hutch could provide the logistical and local knowledge required as assistant.Overseas - Ricky, English coach (via Harry), Spanish coach (via Luis)
NPL - possibly Mori and Papas
Other local - Tony Vidmar
Bomber Brown is a name linked with success in the State League.
In my time there, when he was at Blactown, they has some amazing success.
I`m sure Ken Schembri would back me up on that. He`s a damn fine coach & would do a good job here I`m sure.
Herbert on the other hand, has a good record.
Tony Vidmar, ex Mariner`s player, up coming coach but unproven at this level.
Good luck with the interviews, it`ll be interesting....
This is Shane Cansdell-Sherriff all over again. Style showering excessive praise and advocating for someone he has (or previously had) a personal relationship with. Reel it in a bitBomber Brown is a name linked with success in the State League.
