ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

He is welcome to come us at anytime, as long as if he brings some Socceroos with him :D

Holman need not come, ditto Zadonkey, ditto Carney...the list goes on
I wouldnt mind Carney...expcept for his inflated wage

And his inability to use his right foot.
Seems to be a common theme throughout the league. Players cant use their opposite foot

Holman is actually really good at club level and would carve in the a-league imo

Totaly agree and would love to see Holman at our club. Matty Simon could tell him how he got over the yips in front goal.

They might have been there when he threw his boots into the crowd at North Sydney Oval to signal his retirement after the beer tent crowd heckled him to death (I was).

I remember (at least) one of them getting thrown back on to the pitch in disgust. Unfortunately it was only his retirement from playing.

Well at least we will see a fair amount of Lawrie he will still be at functions and events which is good I would have thought GA would be a sour sod when it comes to bein near public events.

Already got link wit chippers and holman, Spencer likes it mabye he could come back hahahahahahah and I had a look at some stats and ride ups and holman goes well at club level

Spoke to a mate at lunch today ... he said Robbie Slatter was on the radio this morning and Robbie said that FFA are funding the club and GA needs a job ... Essentially we take GA off their hands and they keep funds coming in to keep the club afloat.. Robbie went on to say if club management were not needing funding from FFA that we would have cast the net wider... still may have appointed GA but as it were we talked to no one else..
Slater isn't telling the whole story. The FFA is setting up a B-League, into which Arnold's Mariners will be relegated. There they will join Wellington (solving the pesky AFC-eligibility issue), North Queensland, Adelaide Sharks, Heidelberg United and Melita Eagles.
