ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I still can't believe Nik missing that open goal. My 4yo grandson could have got that, with EITHER foot. Sorry Nik, I've thought the guys on here wanting your exit were being a bit harsh. Not any longer, time to go.
How did the Yoof guys go? We desperately need a striker.

they won 3-1. not really a team bursting with strikers though. goals scored from midfield. if we could nick kerim bulut from SFC youth, that'd be nice. ;D [/baiting jaza]

Well, no strikers in first grade, none in Yoof, looks like we'll have to call up the young lass who got a double in the W-league match  ;D

If we had somebody on the pitch that could finish a book we'll have taken the 3 points and be top of the league today!

Hightlight of the day - H shouting "you don't know what your doing" at Breeze just before the main chant went up he looked very pleased with himself

Just so that we can chant "she fell over"?

BTW - Was the piss poor crowd yesterday due to all the footie fans in Westieville now avoiding SFC and awaiting the entry of Rovers to the league, perhaps they should sign Roy Keane as player / manager...

who?
fowler. . .

i have to say tho that out of the two "football managers", that in it self sounds like a spin doctors master piece, that id prefer LM to VL, if anyhing that he has done pretty darnwell the last 4 years, yes the last season and a bit has been painful, but not bad for a "local".]

we had control from about the 60th i cant work out how we can stop this temperamental week on week off nonsense.

I know I didnt go because I thought the traffic on the f3 would be crap. End of long weekend + rain usually means the f3 turns into a parking lot.

I don't know why but at SFS we always look intimidated.
I think its the stadium size and noise.
Two of the hardest places away have to be Sydney and Wellington.
Yet Welly - large own home ground - seem quite comfortable at SFS. Maybe something to it.

But whatever the case, I don't know why when we got Sydney, they seem to act like they are Man U and we're some lowly 3rd tier team who they've drawn in an incredibly mismatched cup draw... and most depressingly some how we seem to buy into it.

They lord it over us... and me hates it... me hates it alot...

who?

Oh sorry Fedelta,

It is nick name thats been given to a football player that goes by the name of Robert Fowler.
He is rumoured to now be playing in the Hyundai A league. If you would like to see him for yourself, I believe he will be at the Central Coast Blue Tongue Stadium, (thats just opposite the central coast leagues club - near the railway line) this coming sunday. Kick offs at 3pm.
;)

i hate to say it, but just as bad as Aloi$i...
Mrdja has surpassed Aloi$i and is now in Troy Cranney territory when it comes to ineptitude.
No, Mrdja is now the definition of crap and ineptitude by whom all others will be compared.
