I'm as unimpressed with Izzo as the next guy but I'm not sure we can put these goals on him. Pretty shoddy defending there.

No brainer, but we look a lot better with uskok than rosey in CB thats for sure.

Man for man only 3 of 11 can genuinely hold their own in their position - roy - fab - posc. In the other 8 they are quite simply a deal better than us.

I gotta say - Roy is better than just about anyone at forcing the issue with the keepers that's a nice change for us.

Roy has quality, mongrel and heart. Proper starting 11 behind him and he's capable of having a very good season i think. Easily one of the best strikers we've ever had imho.

Sadly Louis is arguably of more hindrance than help. But diplomacy may be a wise move - may be of more help to us after the season is over.

Not sure TW has used him properly though tbh.

First impressions:
Done but not necessarily disgraced. (Adelaide are class).
Found the game entertaining much like the start of the season.
Attack is ok, defence is the problem.
And not necessarily the back 4.
We definitely need an experienced, organising central defender, everyone agrees.
Rosey needs to go back to LB.
Apart from that a lot of our defensive problems come from the midfield. Neither of our wingers get back to help out, and while Liam had a good game he is not a jedi nor a Rostyn Griffiths which is the sort of DM we need to shield our inexperienced back 4.
Actually liked Stellas' brief cameo for a change, see if he can develop next year.

Ascroft needs to be kicked, as does Izzo. 'Nuff said.

Izzo hasn't got the quality to play at this level, Garcia is on a Charlesworth funded holiday.
