wouldn't pass the NDTgood to see king harry back though I wish he'd have joined ccm
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

It will also be a chance to see if Pellegrino is with the Mariner`s or Leichhardt.
Mariners Academy snap up Pellegrino and McDonald
IGA NPL NSW Mens 1 side Central Coast Mariners Academy is pleased to announce the signing of former A-league players Adriano Pellegrino and Brad McDonald.
howwouldn't pass the NDT
So they're both no longer in the a-league team for next seasonPellers and McDonald confirmed to CCMA:

As we thought. I do think it rather nice that they have both elected to stay on the Coast; either one of them could have sulked and gone somewhere else. Although most of us consider Pelle not to be up to A League standard, and MacDonald an exciting prospect, it must be gutting for them to not be with the Mariners. I hope they have a real impact on the Academy - Pluim could be very entertaining over the next few months! So they're both no longer in the a-league team for next season
are, so is this now an exclusive site for english masters only ?
me personally, im for inclusive posting .
This.
I enjoy properly written words as much as the next idiot, but this is not an exclusive club. Who cares if you have written 1000 posts or 5. You love yellow, I love yellow, we all sing for yellow. People can have different opinions, and TBF in about 10 years english will be massively different and I doubt I will understand it.
The only thing worse than a newbie going overthetop, is an old hand doing the same. Oldhands should know better.
Different opinions are welcome on this forum last i heard, and respect goes both ways.
Grammar is not a forum rule as far as I know. Personal attacks are not welcome as far as I know.
This forum needs to return to being all inclusive, as I assume it was always intended, and the key to that is the people on it.
Mariners til I die, with newbies and old hands alike.
. fair enough ... but i don't think people were generally trying to exclude anyone. a fair bit of the recent spelling/grammar banter was amongst the old-hands niggling one another - with one main exception
. i, for one, have found sydmariner's posts extremely difficult to read because of spelling, grammar or the use of numbers in the middle of, or in place of, words. some posts i read many times and still couldn't understand what was being said. unfortunately sometimes he was choosing to respond with personal attacks and expletives. so perhaps inadvertently he was being divisive and exclusive. people sometimes chose to challenge this with subtlety and humour and when this didn't work became more direct
. to his credit, the last few posts have actually been readable - sure they may not be perfect ... but it seems some effort has gone into forming sentences. this may sound condescending but it seems to be us oldies that struggle with these types of posting. i think he has realised there is no point posting if people can't understand what you are trying to say ... well done sydmariner
Finally someone who agrees with meThis.

that's the same reaction I've had when I've tried to get friuends to join.......while they often read the forums, when I suggested they add their own comments they felt that it was a "closed shop" and if you weren't "known" then your comments would be attacked....and they pointed to "replies" where this appears to be the case. Perhaps they are thin-skinned or just not as confident as the majority on this forum...but they did not feel they would be included so have never joined/signed-up.Maybe we'd rather stay a little community where we already know everyone?
Back on topic.... Actually all the fears about last seasons side been dismantled are a bit premature. We could well be even stronger next year as long as there are not any more major losses. All players signed have the potential to be much better players next season with perhaps the exceptions of Hutch,Macca and Rosey. Even with the players already signed there is alot of competition apart from the defence. With a few possies up for grabs if we fill those well then we will up there again. For me....we need a replacement for Pedj(not that i don't think Morton can fill that place, i hope he does), another CB (as back up/competition for Trent/Zac), an attacking midfielder who can dictate things a bit and another keeper. A couple of major signings and bring up 2 or 3 from the youth team( or talented kids from elsewhere) would do me.My count of our players signed
Goals... Pasfield
Backs.... Anderson, Morton, M Neil, Trent, Griffiths, Rose ....
Mids.. Nick Mont, weeMac, Caceres, Olly, Hutch, Fitzy
Forwards ... Duke, Kassie, Mile, Macca, Matty Simon...
With strong talk of Wilko coming back if he can recover from injury...
So 18 signed maybe 19 if the Wilko rumour is correct and he recovers...
Arnold staying at this stage ....
With $ 800, 000 or thereabouts banked from the sale of Matty Ryan & Bernie..
Wonders aloud what are plans are for additional players ... given it should be a good year money wise, six derby matches seven if you count NTE... the new media deal and the $ 800, 000 just referred to... with four maybe five [Wilko issue] places to fill... BTW are squads 23 players or have they increased ....
All well and good, but the point of the site is communicating. If it's unclear or simply difficult to work out what someone is saying, is it so terrible to let them know?
