ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
I was hoping to keep WeeMac but he might be on too many people's radar by now
Duke to leave as well

Arnold said one of his biggest jobs when he arrived at the Mariners was to “teach the senior players how to be good leaders”, revealing he turned to a book by retired Geelong captain, Tom Harley for inspiration.
“It was all about leadership and how to be a leader, Arnold said.
"I gave it to the senior boys to read and made them come back with a book report and tell me what they learnt from the book because they have to carry that out in the dressing room and educate the younger players.
“The senior players are the most crucial thing when it comes to culture. Young boys will always follow, they’ll always do what they’re told.
"But if you’ve got senior boys who are undisciplined and doing the wrong thing well that’s going to filter down to the kids – so the older boys have a huge responsibility.”
Any quotes to suggest moves for either? Or just hunches?
No, not that I know off. I have not heard it anywhere at all. Just a hunch! A vibe!!No solid info here, just going off the rumour mill

McBreen? Sterjovski? Fitzgerald? Simon?WOW ... $ 600, 000....
On my count we have only five first choice players left ... Hutch, Nick, Olly, weeMac & Rose.... and there are rumours about weeMac & Olly ... and Arnold as well... Hal 9 will be testing me thinks...
I would be very surprised if Duke left .... he still has a long way to go before he could go to Europe or Asia ...
Personally I hope not. I can't watch a Socceroos game without where's Lucas has he taken his shirt off yet from the missus. She will have us front row if we get him - Shit you better protect the MEGA MEGA - She might take that off you to grab his attention.
Clap Clap Shirt Off!
To the western stand - WE LOVE - LUCAS - to the eastern stand SHIRT OFF - LUCAS
TBF, if Lucas does sign there will be quite a few women screaming that.... Now Harry and Lucas together would be an even bigger draw card
CENTRAL Coast Mariners wish to advise that contrary to media reports on Thursday, documents pertaining to the transfer of Bernie Ibini to Shanghai SIPG are yet to be finalised.
However, the Club can confirm it has reached an agreement in principle with Shanghai SIPG for the transfer of Ibini to the Chinese Super League outfit.
Central Coast Mariners Group General Manager, Mr Peter Turnbull, believes more care ought to be taken when reporting on incomplete transfers.
“It is disappointing to wake to headlines claiming our players have signed with others Clubs,” Turnbull said. “One media outlet today labelled three of our players as ‘gone’, yet truth be told agreements for the three players mentioned by the publication have not been executed.”
“It is common practice amongst football clubs around the globe not to speculate or comment about transfers until such time as the deal is complete. Incorrect reporting regarding player movement can lead to offers being withdrawn, to the potential disadvantage and disappointment of the player involved.”
“What we can say is that many young players in the Hyundai A-League, including Bernie Ibini, are interested in plying their trade overseas. Our Club is proud of the fact we have provided numerous players with the opportunity to not only impress foreign Clubs and represent Australia’s national teams, but also become wealthy young men.”
“Australia’s best young footballers are eager to play for our Club because they understand that league leading structures and policies are in place to enable them the opportunity to forge lucrative careers abroad after first providing outstanding service to the Central Coast region.”
