ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Just had a look at the scum memberships and one of the gifts given with their membership is a jets headband, so they are all goning to look like dickheads if they were them.

Useful for hiding the lobotomy scars

And those tiny dangly things, which on a normal male are not so tiny, and in another region.

Was going to get season tickets along with some mates, but we are going too mis a few matches (when we are in bali and NYE etc) so dollar wise it's not worth it for us. Will be attending every home game possbile still.

My family will be signing up under the blue membership category. So that will be another 5 to add to that total :)

I got suckered in to buying bay memberships for my BF & I.

Well, actually, he asked if that's what we could get & I said yes (I was distracted, but now I can use that to get tickets to go see Def Leppard!!)

Does anyone know why the Bay Memberships dont offer student prices? I thought we were trying to increase the number of supporters to the bay. University Students would represent a large chunk and its them who have the time to come to games cause they sure as hell aint studying.

Extreemly. They offer it in ever other membership section but not the bay. You basically tell  everyone who is a student, high school or UNI to go and get a white membership. $190 for a student is impossible. You dont even get a concession if you a member of the marinators.

I'm not a Uni student...but I'm not exactly rich either. I work full time and I know people in uni who earn more than I do... I wish they had Under 26 concessions or something..

. nope not offered in platinum seating areas either

. s'pose this is the premium paid for premium seating positions (one for the view, the other for the atmosphere)

. same as for cat A GF tickets - hope the club is not starting to take marketing ideas from the FFA

IMO Its not really a good thankyou to the devoted who stand in bay 16 and sing for the boys week in week out.

Platinum is understandable because the mean (average) crowd that would sit there can afford to fork out.

Premium for premium seating positions? CCM still could have acheived the same thing with a lesser cost or a student package. Even if the answer to all of this is monitored safety in reserved seats.

Also for the atmosphere, as i said above, this isnt a good recognition by club as to what we contribute to the game in terms of atmosphere. why would they charge us more to provide them with the atmosphere.

CCM have missed their market.

Indeed. Not only for students, but for kids. Not 5 year olds, but younger lads and ladies who would otherwise be up for a child ticket and sing with the marinators have been left out. Personally, the finances suggested to me to save money and get a gold reserved seat. For 45 bucks less. I know a number who are doing the same thing

. can't disagree with you other than the fact that there are a number of families that sit in the platinum areas - unfortunately these are the ones that drop their memberships if the boys aren't performing

. i still think a premium is warranted but a small premium over the typical concession rate, not full price

I wish they had "under 47 who earns decent money but has none left for himself because the Mrs and kids drain it all from him concessions".........disgraceful way to treat me.....the Mrs and Kids that is! :p

Platinum members are probably the ones who renew every year no matter what to keep their seats. It will not be long before you will have to wait for someone to die before a platinum seat in the western stand becomes available.
I do not understand why they have platinum seats in the eastern stand. Not worth the money to look into the sun.

Like good wine quality is always worth it in the long run and one does find it so very difficult to give up once one has developed a taste for it.  8)

A Platinum membership in the Western Stand, right on the halfway line is worth every cent, even without a discount.

Would rather go see Metallica, but they wont be out here for a while.
I didn't want to see GnR. Absolutely love their songs, but Axl is a bit if a wanker and Slash wasn't there

I had a thought (no jokes on that please)..... Maybe there weren't and concession memberships offered for children to discourage them from sitting in Bay 16, with all the rowdyness, swearing & all? Something which I'm proud to be a part of! I don't fall into any categories other than "full price", but I'm willing to get all fired up with everyone that wants!

Has anyone received anything from the club since they signed up for this season? The family renewed our membership and are hanging to see the boys play.  But I don't know if I should be getting a bit worried that we haven't received anything other than email acknowledging we've signed up.
