ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Mariners Vs Victory

Looks like the Bureau are predicting a 50% chance of rain on Saturday Night.

We never seem to be able to get the perfect conditions for our home games.

This time we have MVC minus Harry & 3 others on a later timeslot with the chance of rain.

Thus I predict a crowd of about 9500 and a few goals maybe 3-1 our way.

Hopefully this will give us further "HOME CROWD" momentum moving into the holiday period

Vs Heart, Jets & GCU then a big crowd for MVC with Harry.

Disappointed if there's going to be rain, but I'll be up in the stand so it won't be a bother. I prefer the later start - no sun beating into my eyes.
Isn't it funny that it's called a grandSTAND and we SIT in it.

I have always loved watching Archie even if he scared the life out of me with his pace, skill and movement but there has never been anything else to like about Victory. An arrogant bunch who play nasty spiteful football; who crow about their achievements but forget their Grand Final wins came because of the advantage of playing against ten men; a club that always thinks it is entitled to look down on the rest. They got lucky against us last year at Bluetongue when we had them beaten and Kwas got a harsh second yellow and Ryan spilled the ball for one of their goals. I love hating Victory because they have lots of money and we don't and I find it hilarious that a team packed with so-called stars struggles to score goals. They did well against Brisbane and I am not expecting anything but an ugly encounter but I do expect us to win.

A couple of sendoffs and 5 goals in the first 20-odd minutes on the cards? ;D

Re the rain God .... we need a John Safran or someone to lift the rain curse ...

For those that can remember the Socceroo witch doctor curse ... (good to see the Johnny Warren in this youtube}

MV have been playing without much luck ... these things always balance out over a season I hope they don't get the luck or start to click against us... as we are still trying to get out own act together...

A reckon a goal to Bozanic would be just the tonic he needs to get form back, remember him scoring that left foot curler against Brisbane roar leading up to the grand final and then he went on to be a massive influence, scoring in the grand final against them again!

Something isnt clicking with him at the moment, its either Rose's poor form (Which incidentally could be due to Bozanics poor form)

Hey Guys,
Were coming down from dubbo to watch this game, Just wanted to know if you guys have a drinking spot before the game where we can walk to the ground with the fans and get involved with the chants and the shenannigans?

G'day mate,

Most people generally go to Central Coast Leagues Club pre-game - hop, skip and a jump away from the stadium (literally).
Plenty of shenanigans happening in Bay 16. Look forward to seeing you there.

Do we have to buy special tickets to sit in Bay 16 or just general admission?

The Central Coast Leagues Club is as Priorpeter's says a hope skip and jump from the stadium... that is if you took small steps ... meaning its on the other side of the road... in the CCLC go to the Kendel bar ... as you go in just head straight from where you sign in... also about 18:00 you can get an all you can eat for I think $ 24.00 which is not bad or there is a smaller counter selling stuff as well...

For the full experience go to the Kendel at the CCLC... have an all you can eat ... cheer on the mighty ones, get up Sunday and go for a swim... not sure what kind of beach you like so won't recommend any at this stage...

Daniel`s welcome to the Coast.
As Midfielder says,go to the Kendal Bar in CCLeagues Club.
Just ask anyone in the club & they`ll direct you.
Fantastic to see our supporters coming from far & wide.
If you need anything while you`re on the Coast, just ask here & i`m sure we can help.

Good to see. One of my customers from Armidale said he was coming down for this game so maybe we will get a bumper crowd!
