ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Only a modest roll up whilst we were there but a lot of fans would likely have still trying to get back to the coast from work and I gather the rotten weather made for slow traffic.

Or blocked from getting the info on social media .......... The problem when you have feel strongly that you want your local club to be competitive.

Looking at Cisse's FIFA stats, pace and mobility don't look too strong but he is off the charts for strength, aggression and heading.

Met Cisse and Aspro at this evening’s event and very impressed with both of them. They spoke about the need for a strong on and off field culture, so that was great to hear.

Aspro reckons he will be close to ready by round 1 and Cissé is really excited about playing in the HAL. He spoke highly of both MMM and Andrew Young from his time in Thailand and was really looking forward to working with them and Monty. He also mentioned that he knew Olly from when they were at Reading together.
I didn`t even know about it, when was this organized?

Was all over Mariners social media in the lead up.

My boy got to play StrawHat Camels in FIFA 18 and he was stoked.
Did it reach here?
I didn`t see anything about it.
We had the Open Mike Night thread on here before.
I must have missed it like everyone else that doesn`t go facebook

I like the Cisse signing a lot..
DM and a CB. Huge experience and I’d expect very decent technique and he just looks like a beast. Yeah he’s 34 but give us a good year or 2.
Personally I’d like to see him hold the midfield next to Tommy, given that Cisse miiiiight be a little slow turning and chasing through balls at the back.

But we still don’t know what formation Mulvey is going with.

I got an e-mail announcing it, as I don’t do social media other than forums like this one.

442 comment thread (barring pjs starkly contrasted wisdom) all about how poor this signing is and we should be using young Australian players.

People really have zero idea about our club and yet of all the clubs it seems everyone always has a very strong opinion about us.

Lets hope hes not another "jacques faty". Im wonder why he went to Thailand to play?

Took the words right off my keyboard. Sounds like a cranky faty from some of the descriptions. I'm glad I said it now as I can sit back and watch as I get proved wrong. I hope. They say he is good with his head but the photo I saw with his eyes closed and no clue where the ball is does not support that appraisal.
I am hoping that mcging has a breakout year this season. He nearly did last season before getting swept up in the okon fiasco. Would not be unhappy with clisby and mcging as the fullbacks.

442 has maybe 5 decent posters and the rest fall over themselves posting chic memes or just negative drivel.

Having said that, barely a day goes by that I don't have a lurk there.
