ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
That the assistant would leave his role (unless it’s just a leave of absence for now) suggests there is intention from both sides to make it permanent if it’s a good fit.Bringing his own Assistant in as well
If it turns out that is all then no worries. You never know thoughAs I understand it Stajcic was punted becausee he wouldn't let partners share a room on tour and insisted the playing stay on or below there B. M. I , somehow they got offebded
Probs never will. It's pretty controversial that the FFA won't provide evidence or reasoning for his dismissal. If it turns out that is all then no worries. You never know though

Breaking: Alen Stajcic expected to take over the Mariners for the last six weeks of the season. Story up soon @australian and @aus_sport
Former Matildas coach Alen Stajcic is in line to take the reins of embattled A-League club Central Coast Mariners for the rest of the season.
The Australian understands Stajcic is expected to replace Mike Mulvey, who was sacked on Sunday morning after the Mariners suffered an embarrassing 8-2 loss at home to Wellington Phoenix.
It is believed his former assistant with the Matildas, Nahuel Arrarte, now director of football at NSW NPL club Marconi, will be his assistant at the Mariners.
Stajcic was dumped by Football Federation Australia in January over allegations of a toxic environment with the Matildas.
He had taken them to number six in the world and was in line to take them to the World Cup in France in June until FFA moved. He was subsequently replaced by Ante Milicic.
Stajcic had been involved in women’s football for 20 years and this is his first senior job in men’s football.
He will take over for the next six weeks but faces a tough task turning the club around.

Paul Okon? (Sorry, couldn't resist)Remember what happened the last time CCM hired a former NT coach?
Who is a director of football at Marconi. Brilliant we need one of those as well. Give him the duel roleBringing his own Assistant in as well.....will be interesting to see what happens with Monty.
Not convinced Stajcic has enough experience, first senior role in men's football doesn't fill me with confidence but i am all for giving the guy a chance. Really...how much worse can it get ( I don't even want to go there !) ?
Happy with Staj. Hates the FFA and has a point to prove. Players need a good kick up the arse and l reckon he'll do it.
