ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
He didn't look too great at the end of his stint with Sydney and I think Mate Dugandzic would be a better option.Nicky Carle?

He's an actual #10, he's going to be cheap, he's proven at this level (though obviously he's coming off a pretty horrible injury...).
Might be worth a gamble.
If we're going to go for a keeper around that age then I'd rather have Mark Schwartzer.

he's just a scum reject & his brother was just a b-grade coastie reject.I did like Carle but he is very risky.
I heard a whisper that we are looking for a senior keeper from the Aleague. I would not be surprised if the name Ante Covic comes up. Now I would scoff at a 41 yr old but having thought about it he may be just what we need. Arrange defence, tough leader, won't accept second best, would drive the troops! He's also still a good keeper. Would be good I think
Leo was the talented one.he's just a scum reject & his brother was just a b-grade coastie reject.

A hard bastard and a team player.I heard a whisper that we are looking for a senior keeper from the Aleague. I would not be surprised if the name Ante Covic comes up. After that i could see him as a guy
That could fill a coaching roll.
Agree, he's not the answer. I'd sooner bring back Flores.Nick carle is 10 years past his best.
Look on , jog on.
Sad circumstances but would love Danny back. I would like to see 3 ex mariners back to strengthen the spine....Danny, Wilko and Matty (can't se it though). Add a couple of flair players (Number 10 and Hersi perhaps) and our young guys and we would be a hard team to beat.I wouldn't rule out Danny, unfortunately for the wrong reasons for Danny. His young son is very sick. I believe his family is from western Sydney and his wife is a Coast girl. I would not be surprised to see him either in Sydney or here purely on the grounds of being closer to family support. Whatever happens I wish them all the best.
