ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I actually thought that Roux, while having a good game was probably our weakest starter.
Personally I would say Pain (not his fault was completely shutdown by Risdon) and Storm had some good moments but I certainly wouldn't have put him in my team of the week.

Update on Facundo Alcacer: He will play in the Victorian Premier League for the rest of the season, but is still working on signing with us for next season. He expresses his next biggest desire is to 'defend the Central Coast club' and 'has all the affection for the club'.

Apparently will be with St Albans Saints - Tom Pondeljak's first and final club

Looking at St Albans' squad they look to have one of the weakest heading into the NPLV season it will be interesting to see how they go.

Ha! God knows we could do with all the 'defending' we can get.

If it's going to come in the form of a 5ft number 10...
so be it.:piano:

(Assuming he wants 'fight' or 'do battle' for us.) :shoutclap:

I might head down for a few games to see how he goes. If he can handle the physicality in the NPL he should be up to the A-League.

Bozza also said Trent was playing as a No. 10 which he wasn't.

He what?

Loved Bozza when he came back, he had been humbled by his fall and was insightful and a great ambassador for the league.

Since then he's steadily fallen into egoism, always championing a cause and over dramatising things, lacks clarity... corrupted by fox croneyism and his cohorts/ fox pundits tribe low average IQ. A league punditry needs a serious over haul. I find the analysis sub par and that it genuinely diminishes the product.

These guys give everyone a hard time when they under perform... yet they're worse than even our referees. Only a handful of good ones among them.

Look at McBreen, you get an honest, non egotistical ex footballer in, and the difference in quality is palpable.

Archie Thompson demonstrates their hiring policy, the bigger ego the better. Every single sentence he says is about himself or Victory. If you're watching a game where Victory are playing someone and he is commentating (and he normally is) you can forget about any semblance of balanced coverage.
