ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

That's why you have Duke, Fitz and Tricky on the bench. A good 60 or 70 mins from each of them will do them the world of good and Duke, Fitzy and Tricky will appreciate coming on against tiring opposition.

Neill to LB, Rose to RB as he did in pre-season?

Just a thought - WSW are the Champions Of Asia and are languishing at the bottom of the A League. By what stretch of the imagination is it impossible for us not to go all the way in the FFACup?

Is there some sort of glass-half-full mentality that prevails in CCM supporters? That could explain our perpetual low crowds.

No Neill or Posco. So Ando will get a run - no backup CB so Bosnar will start too. Fitzy getting a rest. Liam Rose in the squad.

Likely squad will be

Morton ---- Ando ---- Bosnar ---- Rose
-------Monty -----L.Rose/Caceres-------
----Sim---------Kim-----Mane/Vernes
------------------Simon--------------------

IRMARKO, Duke, Caceres/Hutch, Vernes, Tricky

Does anyone know what the story is with Beyhan Irmarko, he is not in the Youth League but always backs up for the FFA Cup?

He's a keeper they have available who isn't cup-tied? Maybe the NYL keepers can't travel interstate around their work commitments?

I love the Cup but it will be good when it is finished and we can concentrate on the league.
Then it will be interesting to see the squad selections.

are you sure the job of hosting the FFA cup final is not drawn? that was my understanding (if no greens, who would automatically host)

Can't see Kim getting a go. Both Mossy and he looked pissed last time he was replaced. We lost our momentum when Sim cam on yesterday - so

---------------Reddy
Roux---Anderson---Poscoliero---Rose
----Montgomery-------Caceres
Cernak--------Vernes------Mane
---------------Simon

Nash, Hutch, Trifiro, Duke, Fitz
If that's your line up then how is mat sim supposed to score 4 goals:popcorn:

My understanding because of Fox wishes the game cannot be played in WA because of the time difference... If the Greens beat PG then they will host the final as the FFA said when its an A-League club V a state or lower team then the match will get played at the state teams home ground ...

So if we beat AU and PG beat the BG's then I understand it will be played at Gosford... however would prefer the BG's beat PG we beat AU and thus we play the BG's on their home ground...

Can you imagine if we hosted the final and say 12 K turned up or worst 6K .... it would not be a good look...

interesting! thanks for the info, hadn't seen that.

As much as it would burn the faces of football fans all over the internet, id love to host the final here BUT id say your 6K would be generous!
