He is currently uncontracted after recently playing for Sydney FC in the A-League and has previously played in Switzerland, Germany, England and Scotland. Here's some mariners trivia - milligan is the cousin of (for those of you who know him from the mariners academy) matt hogan of umina. amazing stuff that TBH i wouldnt actually mind milligan.. he'd be a fairly decent acquisition.

oh, and i'd rather milligan than zdrillic - god i'd rather kareem than zdrillic... but then again, who wouldnt - we'd be set in that case!
