WTF bozanic, probably youth marquee
I highly highly doubt it. He is not a player which we would be spending $150k on...in fact not a player who we'd even spend 100k on

It will depend on whether we can meet his salary expectations, he'd be on a handsome wage at Reading and if it's first team action that he wants could go on loan to a Championship or League 1 team and earn good coin?

Interesting link though

Some truth and misunderstanding in these old quotes from another thread?

Was at the post match function tonight.

When interviewed, Lawrie said that Bosnich has a short term contract with the Mariners!

Edit: Maybe not; I'm sure he would've been clearer than that about who he meant, and there's also the "short-term" thing

What is he like, position, size , I know little of him.

he played for us in V2 pre-season cup.

He's very skillful on the ball, 18/19 years old, central mid or left wing, his profile says he's 6 foot but there's no way he is, probably just under, hard working, would be a great addition to the team..........however I can't see it happening due to the $$$$$$$ in UK compared to here!

Could he possibly be coming to us as recognition of acheivement in the Hyundai A-League might prove more valuable and open more opportunities to him(green & gold duties etc) rather than sitting in reserves for another year or so?

Thanks ........ what a left side we have with Heff, Caceres, D'puzzo, and Bozanc, but centre mid as well ........ sounds a good buy to me.

Spot on, it could very well be the case but money talks, I hope he does come for the first team action and green and gold opportunities, he's better than James Holland and if he can wear the green and gold Olly certainly can!

Olly stood in bay 16 a bit in season one. Very skillful - saw him at the Spirit game just before season two. He was warming up with Smitta and a couple of triallists. Seemed a couple of levels of class above the others. Didn't get much game time and signed for Reading soon after.

I'd love to see him back. :)

From 442 rumour mill

Central Coast local and Reading youth player Oliver Bozanic has signed a deal with the Mariners as their final under 20's player. Bozanic plays as either a central or left sided midfielder. Bozanic played for the Mariners in the 2006/07 preseason, before joining Reading. After an 18 month stint in England the former Avoca FC starlet is expected to sign within the next week.

Liam of Gosford FourFourTwo Belief Factor: 9/10 - He's coming home etc etc...

I think that Liam has done a bit of work with Ben Coonan - so should be close
