Yeah definitely. Be an amazing long term asset.Great to hear. Sounds like a guy who can have a lasting contribution on the Coast even after he has retired. IMO, would make a good coach.
Also validates what many of us were saying about Staj’s tactically inflexibility leading to our slide in the second half of the season.
it does, doesn’t it. Seemed pretty blatant but some folks still got upset at any criticism no matter how much you tried to also give Staj his due.
Staj was very organised going into games, but that obviously made him more rigid and at times seemed conservative to the point of disbelief. For players of Olly and Marcos experience, who can sense all the ebbs and tides of a game, it must have been frustrating at times to not be a bit more adaptable and proactive.
