Very versatile player, solid starter as a defender and can be pushed into the mids chipping in with an occasional header goal, not to mention can run all day and has mongrel, very good signing and will compliment our backline immensely.

Cant wait to see who else we can get!

The same Porter who was one of the team's most consistent players last season?

While he had a few problems in front of goal once in midfield Porter in my view was one of the few players out there last season who:

1) Gave their all.
2) Developed their game.

I hope he is at least on the bench regularly next season if not filling a starting position somewhere on the right.

What do you people want FFS. He is young, local and probably quite cheap.

Every squad needs fillers and he is the kind of player who could easily play his career on the right for CCM for a fair few years.

A few more players with his attitude and a few less players with Travis's and last season may not have collapsed the way it did

lol, there is no way weemac should be on the right, his place in the team is in the middle, we all saw how bad he played out of position when lawrie put him at LM. Also LOL at mustafa, even if he lives up to all the hype, its unlikely he'll start most of the games when he's just 16
