Panni can sit in at DM

Sure, if you like missing the finals.

Panni was admittedly off last game I thought. But he has played many HIGH quality games this season and scored some great goals. His composure and professionalism has also been second to none.

(That's me second from the back, by the way ;))

Panni has a long. long way to go.

Does not have the tempo of an a-leaguer yet and holds on to the ball way too long. Is just fine and dynamic in youth but his time in firsts found him out a little bit as the pace and speed of thought is way quicker.

Can make the step up though.

has been reported in tomorrows express that huke has been released from his contract and wont even be playing for the yoof, so no O/A players are playing for them next 2 weeks, which imo could be vital

Spewin, i thought out of all the guys brought in last year he showed the most promise given the limited amount of time on the field. Maybe it was more about his time out than time in?

He could have asked to be released? I dont know if he did or didnt but it doesnt always mean the club didnt want him.

Wages offered might have been too low for him etc etc.

I liked huke, but from what we saw, any more than very low wages would have been gambling on him. Thought he did alright vs scum at rb, and could have been a decent back up option. But he might not have liked that idea, or cash being less than he wanted.

Or arnold has someone else for his position or doesnt think he will be hard to replace

One thing GA must know is those players in Europe who are never going to make it big time but would be good value in the A-League... some of those players late 20's ... could be good ..

Every thorn has its....

Thought Huke was easily our best on park last week...
But I guess it is youth... Still, they'll miss him. Sherlock back yet?
