ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

For anyone heading up to the empty cavern in the sky (aka Skilled Park), Gold Coast Supporters Club Facebook and Twitter is saying that the club is about to confirm FREE entry for the game as an attempt to get more fans through the gates. Makes the trip up that little bit cheaper if true...

Confirmation here: http://www.goldcoast.com.au/article/2010/12/09/275711_gold-coast-soccer.html

ENTRY into Skilled Park will be free on December 19 for the clash between Gold Coast United and the Central Coast Mariners.

Gold Coast United owner Clive Palmer said he wanted to pay tribute to Football Federation Australia chairman Frank Lowy and his efforts in trying to secure the 2022 World Cup for Australia.

Australia lost out to Qatar for the 2022 World Cup.

Lowy will also be a special guest at the game.

Kick-off for the game is at 4pm and gates will open at 2.30pm.

Hi Guys,

Really looking forward to this one. PAX is already at 8000, I was wondering if any of you guys are coming north? If so your all welcome to RQ's pub for a few drinks and a free bus journey to Skilled. This is a really big day on our short history and be great for you guys to be a part of it.

I was watching Robbie Slater being a cock the other night, and it surprises me how little people know 'why crowds are so bad he on the GC'. Arrogant loudmouth owner, 5000 Cap (basically telling people they are not wanted), $30 casual entrance ticket, and NO marketing.

Seems we have a real chance here to prove the whole league we have a strong passion for football, and hopefully we break our record of 10,000. With Palmer finally installing some radical changes.

Hope some of you guys can make the trip, Here are the tickets link and directions for the pub. :D

After GCU getting done last night, this game is even more important. We win, we go 3rd on goal difference, and I think we have a game in hand on them as well.

However, reading Fallover Boy's blog yesterday, it looks as if they had their mind on this match rather than last night's.

"If it were so, it was a grievous fault,
And grievously hath GCU answer'd it."
(apologies to Bill S.)
