ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

There used to be such thing as a "community game" - those clubs with 14 games instead of 13 were gently encouraged to take a game to a regional centre relevant to them. Pretty sure it was last an actual 'thing' back in 2013 when we hosted 'Nix at NSO.

Hi Shaun,

It was mentioned on one of the recent YA podcasts that Mike Charlesworth will be coming to Australia soon and that he was happy to talk to groups of supporters. Can you tell us what plans there are for this to happen. I was really impressed with the information that Peter, Tony and yourself shared at the Welcome Wednesday meetings and Mike's openness in the podcast and am looking forward to hearing directly from Mike.

Is it too late to get a Garcia #10 home shirt? :pirashoot:
Hopping they have a pile at the game or before. Be stupid not to.
Hopefully they on the phone now placing the orders.
This is the stuff they must cash in on.

So 10 years ago he was world class - I hope he is still up for the A League!
Good on MC for making this happen, need to make the rest of the season more interesting and should be good for the younger players.
Should be some interesting selections for the game v WSW.
Dammit I will even buy one of those stupid palm tree jerseys!

Hope the marketing team is up to the job. Don't waste it.

Things to do:
  • Garcia membership package should be on sale Now, Monday at worst, I know we have 3 or 6 but workout how many home games left and sell as a Garcia membership maybe even include a cheap T shirt
  • Garcia Jerseys ready by Sat
  • Away shirt sponsor
  • A night with Garcia end of season
  • Kids school holiday camp in April with Garcia
What ever you can sell it

Hey Shaun Mielekamp ,

Regarding the Liverpool Supporters coming to the game, if the 'chatter' on here about them being seated down next to the Wanderer's fans IS true, .......

then that's a bad decision to have a Bay full of blokes wearing nothing but Red Liverpool shirts right alongside the RBB.

Visually both at the game and on TV they'll just look like the Wanderer's fans have come en masse.

You might have considered putting them in Bay 22 or 23, closer to Bay16, in amongst THE YELLOW and the majority of Mariners fans. ????

Sadly, we havent heard from you ................

.... since December 7th, 2015.

Though MASSIVE congratulations to you & everyone at the club in securing Luis Garcia for the Mariners. COYY

He's massively busy and hopefully will be to busy to be here for a while.

However the seating was an assumption I made by a blocked bay. There is another on west side. Hope I am not upsetting things when I don't know it to be fact. My bad maybe

As Big Al says, unless the club has actually stated it, it's not necessarily fact. It may be that blocked for any number of reasons.

I imagine a simple call to the club would clear issues like that up - 4353 7200.

As for his lack of attendance on here - probably also worth remembering Shaun's initial post:
I can't promise that I can be on here everyday to reply to all posts simply because I am sure you all want me to be working as hard as I can everyday to make the club better and there is more to do in my role than just troll a forum.
