ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

ALM round 13 v cold hearted killers

Hour delay meant I could have an early dinner somewhere else and avoid the shitty food at the stadium. I noticed that on the lawn behind the eastern stand they had some food trucks. One of them was the dumpling guy that does Gosford Markets on a Sunday morning. He is pretty good.
Thanks Mick. Normally I eat before or after at home. Timing was out yesterday and I took the risk.

I'll confidently say that we are more then good enough to beat anyone at the moment, it's just unfortuante how poorly we started but that might actually have been a great thing for us
I’d equal your confidence.
The one thing we lack right now is a lethal finisher, could’ve had 3 by half time. Alou should’ve scored that one on one IMO.
Maybe Edmondson will be that guy…

The old saying that good teams still win playing poorly (not so much this wk but last wk yes) and the best teams can win without their best squad.

Great result. Watching the twitter link Storm didn't appear to have his hand around a through which is what he is charged with I think. Said it's violent conduct. He was triggered by Aslan directly targeting Alou and pushing him back over some hoarding. Lots of interestings after too with Jaimeson not quite the flavour of the month ?

I think Bernal had him on the radar (again) and Matty Simon dragged him off. Jamieson has backed down before so Bernal would have been odds on.
Can only imagine waht was being said to him

I know it's not gonna happen but boy, if Cumdog was in this team to finish off the chances we create, we'd be odds on for top 2 and a plate threat. FWIW, we are 1st in the comp for xG, and 2nd for big chances created.

So so happy we made the peahearted plastics lose composure. Faz really made em lose it winning those push in the back fouls in added time. That 6-1 is never ever gonna be forgotten and they know it too.

Faz is the king of contact flop. How teams don't stop themselves is beyond me.

But he goes down clutching his face when he gets an ankle tap and rolls, hence the nickname you mentioned
He hams it up sometimes.

It just makes me laugh when in game situations (penalty shouts, faz flop etc) there is an obvious over the top double standard based on whether it's the perspective of the supported team or the opposition.
