I could not understand the chant at the end after the blue, too much echo off the champagne flutes obviously. If that was the 6-1 chant, awesome.

Rate that effort immensely. We generally have an honest team but their effort is mostly elite.

We were chanting "6-1" on repeat in sync followed by a "we are champions say we are champions"!

Ballard was a gun for 95% of the game.

He went quiet for the MC goal, way to deep, same with Wilson, understandably trying to assist the backline, but they need to maintain their core responsibilty in the middle of the field.

That being said, he was a key reason we dominated today.

Man that was hot as hell! Good game and the melee was exciting as well.

We were the better side.....subs hurt us but we got there in the end.

Theo had a good game and happy to see him finish well. The ball from Alou was pure class and Nizzy did the business as usual.

Fazz's ball for the second goal was class as was Jing's ball to Torres.....the finish was sweet.

The only issue was us sitting far to deep and not picking up on the right hand side where we were oblivious to City's players. A bit more organisation and communication required.

1pt. Danny. Kept us in the game.

Maxi was superb overall, probably our best in the first half but just failed to get one point when he was cooked around 60 min mark he was not picking up for a few attacks until he regrouped and kept fighting.

That was my thoughts from the Prawn muncher seats....look forward to seeing a tv replay.

This was one of the best experiences at the stadium I've ever had in 12 years. No one ever sings where I sit except for me and everyone joined in for "We are Champions". It reminded me of matches in the UK. It was a massive we're here, we're together, we're united and f**k your plastic moneyed club and f**k your ridiculous cashed up bench depth.
We're the real deal, built on love and community. We are The Champions! Get it right up you! That will sit with me for months and years, the togetherness and inclusion against our antithesis was perfection. What a night, I'll be buzzing for days.
