ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I checked my ticket from last year - yep sad I have it still haha - $40 for a standing ticket. Cheapest ticket is $69 now and most of the stadium $109?? I get that our ground doesn't hold that many but they got 26,523 last year which isn't that many more that the 20,059 we hold. How do they justify these prices?
Supply and demand.

It’s like they just adjusted their expected take from a bigger stadium and divided it by 20k. This will price out a lot of families who can’t justify $100 each to share that memory with their kids.

Family tix are available. They're far too expensive tbh. $287 for the corner bays.

I do think they're taking the piss there.

I understand circumstances are different for everyone and it's tough for many but I'm paying whatever it is to be there in our first ever home GF. It is highly unlikely we are ever in a position again to be 1 win away from a treble. Do whatever it takes to witness history.

Preaching to the converted here obviously but the circumstances around this game are special.

I’m on a ride I can’t get off, been there for Premiers Plate, AFC Cup and now hopefully back to back Championships. I’ll be going and would’ve been going no matter where it was held. Still seems like a dream after the very long dark years. You have to take the opportunities while you can.

With respect to pricing, exxy but (without checking currently), it seems consistent with other codes' pinnacle events. Football has undervalued itself in the past.
This is special but justifying the outlay is an individual decision

$119 in Cat A for full price adult 😳 with our 10% down to $107.10
Add on the booking fee and it’s back up there. 😬

I looked up last years tickets too.. we paid $120 for a family ticket in category C. They were the bay next to active and still good seats. Equivalent this year would be $200 and the seating isn’t up there with Commbank.

What can you do…they have sold us a home GF, it’s just come at a hefty cost.

Still cheaper than an away trip 😂

So I paid $109 * 2 plus cost of travel to Parramatta and overnight accommodation. This year $107.10 * 2 plus no travel and accommodation costs. I was quite ill last year but wasn't going to miss the game (ended up in hospital for 10 days the following week after ignoring how I felt) so I saved on alcohol. If we have a home win I don't think I will be able to say the same thing.

I don't know how many members we have but it seems like 10-20k should not be unrealistic. Maybe I'm 'dreamin' though. Look at Collingwood in the AFL they have 100k, most other AFL clubs would fill Gossy stadium a few times without letting people get 8 tickets per member.

. I think what people are not factoring in is that last year the stadiums were paying the APL ... this year - we are
