Talking to somebody who knows a few things last night, they said the APL are big fans of CCM and what they've been doing in recent times.

If anything, I would think they'd back us to win the treble to they can turn around and point to that success as proof that clubs can have their funding reduced so stop their whingeing.

Or maybe I'm just optimistic?

I think this is likely too. The treble is a good story for the league - and even better that it was done on a budget budget

I don't now if anyone has inside knowledge or a connection to the club that can comment but surely the club has to be setting something up to spam social and websites telling people to sign up for memberships for next year? Even just a poster or something saying 24/25 memberships on sale from...... sign up to the wait list now!

It came up on the big screen post game last night that memberships are on sale from July. So something must be in the works.
I have always found auto renewal was earlier than that.

I don't know how many members we have but it seems like 10-20k should not be unrealistic. Maybe I'm 'dreamin' though. Look at Collingwood in the AFL they have 100k, most other AFL clubs would fill Gossy stadium a few times without letting people get 8 tickets per member.

I get that our ground doesn't hold that many but they got 26,523 last year which isn't that many more that the 20,059 we hold. How do they justify these prices?

Anyone that can't afford these prices wasn't going to show up in Sydney anyway. It'll sell out.

I was expecting about $90 for A reserve. With 10% member discount 119 comes down to 107. Still naughty but not outrageous.
