weakest red ever
Really think it would've been a tighter finish without that red.
Crossing fingers we're not in for a slump!!
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
weakest red ever
Speaking or Right Backs.
Rest of the season Fox mentioned??
What the hell has happened?
Where the HELL was Weemac that game? Really? It was like he touched the ball 5 times, and in comparison to his recent form??
Strangest performance possible.
Kwaz, sigh, pulls off the incredible, misses the ones he should score. He should have been subbed on 60.
Sutton can't start soon enough I'm afraid.
Would have been nice to see Gallagher and Duke with at least 10 to go.
Positives.
Rogic was terrific
Pasfield did well overall.
Rosey was great
Rostyn was back to form (thought he was awful last week)
Leijer's challenge = not even a yellow
Sainsbury = red
???
Incredibly bad decision - and I reckon the Ref realised it - he didn't even give McBreen a yellow when he raised his foot so high that he actually made contact with the Victory F/B's face. TBH McBreen should have gone - it wasn't spiteful, but it was absolutely reckless.
Still, that doesn't change the fact that the Red for Sainsbury was a shocker. It reminded me of Porter receiving a Red in somewhat similar circumstances at BT in one of the early seasons.

Ibini should not play first team,he loses the ball tooooo often and can cost the game.Kwas missed a definately should have been goal.
Am I the only one that thinks Hutch had an absolute blinder? Thats probably the best game I've seen him play in a Mariners shirt.
Even though we've been beaten the last two weeks I still think we have just shaded the opposition. It feels a lot different than the post Jedi slump anyway so hopefully we will return to winning ways next weekend.
